Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about Integr8t Hub and our services

What is Integr8t and how does it work?

We are a travel content aggregator platform that brings together GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), NDC airlines, and Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) into a single API and booking platform. This allows travel agents and consolidators to access multiple sources of flight content in one place, making search, comparison, and booking seamless.

Who can use your platform?

Our platform is designed for travel agencies, consolidators, OTAs, and corporate travel providers. If you issue tickets or manage travel bookings, our solution can help you access the best content at competitive rates.

Why focus on B2B and not B2C?

The travel industry is highly competitive in the B2C space dominated by large OTAs, which requires huge marketing spend, brand visibility, and low margins.

In contrast, B2B:

  • Targets travel agencies, consolidators, and corporates who already have customers.
  • Offers recurring, bulk transactions instead of chasing one traveler at a time.
  • Builds long-term partnerships, resulting in higher retention and predictable revenue.
  • Reduces dependency on costly customer acquisition campaigns.

B2B means more stable, scalable, and sustainable growth in travel tech compared to the B2C space.

What is the impact of each product?

API Aggregation (GDS + NDC + LCC)

➔ Provides agents with one-stop access to multiple sources of airline content, reducing integration costs and time.

Impact: efficiency, better inventory, and broader reach for agents.

B2B Booking Engine

➔ Agents can directly search, compare, and issue tickets without heavy tech investments.

Impact: empowers small and mid-sized agencies to compete with larger players.

B2C White-label Platform

➔ Agencies or consolidators can launch their own branded consumer site quickly.

Impact: creates new revenue channels without needing to build technology from scratch.

Lending

➔ Removes the biggest friction: lack of upfront funds for ticket issuance.

Impact: enables agencies to close sales faster, grow business without cashflow constraints, and reduce lost bookings.

Can you set up a B2B platform if you are not IATA-accredited? If not, what's the way forward?

Directly, no. To issue tickets via BSP, you typically need IATA accreditation. This is what allows you to directly issue airline tickets.

However, there's a way forward:

  • Partner with an IATA-accredited consolidator or aggregator, so you can book and issue tickets without needing your own IATA.
  • Over time, if your volumes justify it, you can apply for your own IATA license — but many agencies operate successfully under consolidators indefinitely.
